As Chief Technology Officer, Ed oversees Keypath's global technology team to lead software development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity management and driving Keypath's technology strategy. Ed has over 20 years of experience delivering technology solutions, with over 15 years within the higher education sector and 8 years of OPM experience.
What do you bring to Keypath in your role?
With 15 years of experience designing and delivering education technology, I’ve worked hands-on with a variety of approaches to enhance the student lifecycle through the application of technology at multiple levels of scale. Drawing on this experience, I have developed a strong passion for moving technical innovation forward to drive great student experiences and outcomes.
What excites you about higher education?
Improving a student’s education is transformative not only for the student, but it also provides a ripple effect of positive impacts to the student’s family, associates, and the broader community. Leveraging technology to make education more accessible and magnifying this effect at scale is exciting to me and is a motivating force in my work here at Keypath.
What’s the one hobby you cannot live without?
Listening to music is at the top of my list of favorite pastimes, all genres, and decades. There is nothing better than dropping the needle on that latest vintage vinyl find.
