Keypath Education
Steve Fireng

Seven years ago, Keypath Education was born from the desire to transform education, to transform the world. We work alongside leading educators to play our part in solving global social and economic challenges to change the lives of individuals, communities, and the world we live in.

To truly transform education, we continue to partner with the world’s leading universities to develop, design, and deliver the most career-relevant online education solutions for individuals seeking to up-skill or re-skill in an increasingly knowledge-based economy.

Since launching our first programs in 2015 in the U.S. and Australia, Keypath has grown to become a trusted partner to 32 universities across five countries, delivering over 130 programs and providing high-quality education to more than 30,000 students. With more than 550 Keypathers located around the world and university partners in the United States, Canada, the U.K., Australia, and Malaysia, we are proud to lead the growing adoption and development of edtech and support the growth of the global OPM market.

Today, we take that next step in unlocking greatness and become a public company, trading on the Australian Securities Exchange under the ASX ticker KED. The successful completion of our initial public offering will help drive our growth with our partners in existing markets, with new partners, and our expansion into new markets.

We would not have been able to get to where we are today without the trust and collaboration that we experience with our university partners. Your commitment to finding innovative solutions together enables us to reach more students than ever before and deliver exceptional student outcomes.

And finally, we owe a huge thank you and congratulations to our people for delivering us to this moment. Our continued success will depend on all of you – our diverse and creative Keypathers – who embody our values of collaboration, commitment, inventiveness, and lifelong learning in our bold and unwavering pursuit of success for our partners and their students. Taking this step means that we have new opportunities to continue innovating and becoming the global leader in education transformation.

Here’s to our next chapter.
