What do you bring to Keypath as Global VP of Student Support Services?
In more than 11 years of leadership experience in the world of Student Support and Retention, I’ve developed a strong passion for not only helping our students but also for creating a fun, positive, and high performing work environment. I’ve always believed that the people on our team are always at the forefront of what we do.
How do you measure your success?
To me, success is made up of two main aspects:
1. Seeing our students achieve their personal goals.
2. Leading a strong team of student success experts who are excited to come to work each day and see the true value that they bring to changing the lives of their students.
What’s your personal motto?
I believe every person brings a different experience and opinion to the table. This diversity helps me to continue to learn and grow in my own professional goals. Also, I believe humor is the perfect remedy for any tough situation.
What excites you about higher education?
I love that the world of education is constantly evolving and there is always so much more to learn and do. No day is the same and that’s what’s most exciting. What we do helps people reach goals they never thought they could achieve on their own. That keeps me motivated to continue learning and growing, myself.
What’s the one hobby you couldn’t live without?
Listening to music. I’m a huge music nerd!
